Most schools in America use secular textbooks—including some Christian schools. They say that these textbooks are more academically credible, more scholarly—overall, just a better choice than Christian textbooks.
And many Christian teachers believe that.
So—does that make it true?
Before deciding to use secular textbooks, Christian teachers should consider a few key questions:
Do secular textbooks have errors?
Who’s writing the secular textbooks?
How do secular publishers handle censorship?
Why do secular publishers do what they do?
What does an insider have to say about secular publishers and their agenda?
